Lily of the valley

My little boy is about to finish his first year in an Irish school.

I feel so grateful towards his teacher & this school, where so many nationalities are present. I feel a little bit sad as well, because I don't like "ends" very much ...

To celebrate & thank his teacher & school staff, I picked some French gifts in Ladurée corner, in Brown Thomas Dublin.

I hope they'll enjoy them :)

I actually picked some macarons for me as well :) But I have to admit that I won't find the first ones as good as I tought...

Granny smith apple ... a flavor a little bit too artificial for me ...

Raspberry ... too much fruit puree ?...

Orange blossom...not too bad ;)

Pour fêter la fin de l'année scolaire, un petit tour chez Ladurée Dublin, pour gâter la maîtresse et l'équipe qui s'est si bien occupée de mon petit garçon, pour sa toute 1ère année irlandaise.

J'en ai profité pour me faire une petite sélection perso, côté macarons...mais je dois avouer qu'il a fallu que j'attende le 3ème, voire le 4ème macaron avant d'être véritablement séduite...

Pomme verte, framboise, fleur d'oranger... c'est de mieux en mieux mais c'est MUGUET qui me fait chavirer ! :)
